Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
    (Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or strikes)

Shipping Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

  • Free shipping for orders over ৳3000

Courier Services:
We work with trusted courier partners like Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier to ensure fast and safe delivery.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Damaged or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (send a photo via WhatsApp).

Non-returnable items:

  • Undergarments, personal hygiene items, and discounted/sale products.

How to Return:

  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return.

  3. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via bkash/Nagad or as a store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
